Why you need your own company
This a bit off topic from the link but it is why I must work for myself in the future.
I know after working in a big corporate environment where you desperately want to make change or improve things but only to be shot down by the bureaucracy or jumping though 5 levels of management to even get something small done.
There is a need for creative freedom in a workplace, or at least let me try to make things better. If you let worker get involved or try new things, they become emotionally involved in the company.
